After completing an OSHA Outreach Training Program class, the OSHA Outreach Training Program authorized trainer must collect all required course documentation before attempting to request student completion cards through the trainer portal. See Outreach Training Program Requirements and Procedures documents for additional information.
All Outreach Training Program trainers are automatically enrolled into the trainer portal once the trainer completes a trainer or update course. Once a new account has been created, the trainer will receive a New Account Created email to the address that was provided at the time of registration. The trainer will need to establish a password when first attempting to log-in

Follow the link: http://OSHACardPortal.com to the new trainer portal, enter your email and click on forgot password to create a password.
Enter your class information and make payment to request cards. Trainers should note that once a report has been submitted, the report information including student names cannot be modified. All misspelled cards will need to be requested and corrected through the replacement card feature on the trainer’s account. Replacement card fees will apply.
Each OSHA Outreach Training Program authorized trainer must maintain physical possession of his or her OSHA Outreach Training Program authorized trainer card. This card serves as proof of the trainer’s OSHA Outreach Training Program trainer status. The trainer must display their OSHA Outreach Training Program authorized trainer card at the beginning of each Outreach class they conduct, and upon student request. In the event of loss, damage, theft, name change, misprint etc., OSHA Outreach Training Program authorized trainers must promptly contact their ATO to receive a replacement OSHA Outreach Training Program authorized trainer card. A replacement fee may be charged by the ATO for a replacement card. See Outreach Training Program Requirements and Procedures documents for additional information.
A student that lost or damaged their student course completion card must contact their OSHA Outreach Training Program authorized trainer to request a replacement student course completion card. The OSHA Outreach Training Program authorized trainer must then contact their ATO for a replacement student course completion card. Replacement student course completion cards will not be issued for an OSHA Outreach Training Program training that ended more than five (5) years. Only one replacement per student. Replacement or misspelled cards must be processed through the trainer portal (www.OSHACardPortal.com) by the Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainers.
